House Extension, South Ayrshire
A house extension for a client in South Ayrshire. The extension provides a multi-purpose garden room/study area/ guest bedroom and small shower room. The extension is designed to maximise the view into the owner's large mature rear garden and make use of natural day lighting.
The final extension has been agreed and an application for planning approval is about to be lodged.
